We are a husband-wife team of fitness coaches known as the Vigilante Fitness Couple!

As athletes who started from beginner-level to become elite racers standing on the podium, we founded Vigilante Fitness to share our knowledge on building a strong, functional, and aesthetic physique along with our passion for challenging ourselves in competition. Originally from the United States, we have brought our experiences to the Pearl of the East, Hong Kong.

We believe the key to a sustainable healthy lifestyle is finding fun ways to incorporate training, tasteful eating habits, and a positive mindset. Be prepared as we may blow your mind debunking many common fitness myths!


Vigilante Fitness specializes in private coaching and small-group training. Good training should be enjoyable and make you feel badass. We believe proper coaching should include education on technique, injury prevention, and recovery. Clients should walk out of the session with new knowledge rather than just another sweaty workout. Each movement is catered to your fitness goals; whether that be conquering a goal time in a race, unlocking your first (or 20th) pull-up, or toning and sculpting your physique to look your very best. 


We know navigating the path to a fitness goal could be bumpy. We here at Team Vigilante hope to be your strongest support, through all the ups and downs, and beyond!
