Kaity's fitness journey began when she unexpectedly made her school's Track and Cross Country Teams and eventually rose to become Captain. At Boston University, Kaity would meet her now husband, Adrian, while learning self-defense and Wing Chun.

Adrian convinced Kaity to do her first martial arts tournament with only one month of training. A taste of competition motivated Kaity to go further, eventually propelling her to claim the title of Lightweight Women's Champion in Continuous Fighting during the Ocean State National Championships in Boston.

Kaity later fell in love with Spartan Racing, where her desire to perform better pushed her to build a well-rounded physique. In her second year of racing and her first elite race, she qualified for the Spartan World Championships, an event that encouraged the couple to chase their fitness dreams and careers. 

Today, Kaity is highly active in both Martial Arts and OCR circuits. She loves to train, compete with (and against) her husband, and take on new challenges that further develop her as an athlete and fitness professional.
